The large outdoor Poseidon pool with bromine salt iodine thermal water at 35°C with various whirlpools, fitness trail and jets for cervical massage and relaxation areas for diving.
Connecting to this is the indoor thermal pool Aphrodite at a temperature of 36°C. Very popular in cold weather, the indoor pool is equipped with sun beds and spacious relaxation areas and as well as with a cold and hot thermal Kneipp pool for the welfare of your legs.

For the summer, the Venere pool with thermal water cooled to 28°C offers a refreshing spa experience.
These thermal swimming pools offer the extraordinary opportunity to do physical activity and the spa offers a fitness trainer for group exercise from Monday to Friday.
All week have access to the gym and bicycles as well.

The wellness program can be completed even by a healthy session in the thermal grotto. It is located inside the indoor pool Aphrodite. It takes 10 to 15 minutes a day sitting in the grotto to eliminate toxins and strengthen the immune system.

* The Montirone
